Location:

‘Queen of Beaches’ of Goa.

By Air : The nearest airport is at Dabolim, which is 29 km away from Panaji.

By Road : Calangute beach is a just 30 min bus ride up the coast from Panaji, the capital of Goa. There are frequent buses to Panaji and Mapusa from Calangute. Mapusa is about 8 km away from Calangute.

By Rail : The nearest railway station is at Karmali, which is 11 km away from Panaji. Panaji is just half an hour's drive away from Calangute. Private transportation facilities - deluxe, semi-deluxe and ordinary - are also available at the railway station here.


Best Time to visit:

You may plan your trip to Calangute Beach any time of the year but the months from June to October may be avoided owing to the heavy rainfall.
